Chapman Chile Kitchen (East Dallas)

The Chapman Chile Kitchen is a takeout lunch counter type place
serving top notch "lunch counter" food. We have a fryer but never use
it. Yes, I am affiliated with this restaurant so I won't give a
review, just letting everyone know we are open.

Some menu items:

Gourmet baked stuffed Jalapenos - A fresh jalapeno stuffed with 3
different cheeses, chicken breast, onion, cilantro & garlic. Lightly
coated in Panko breadcrumbs and then baked. Also available in a "take
and bake" 6 pack container.

Spicy Bison Chili - all dried chiles are ground by us, loads of
garlic, spice, cumin, jalapeno and habanero. Made with a Texas craft
brewer beer (changes often). We also have a mild version for the kids
and elderly. We will blend hot and mild chili to order.

Frito Pie - You know what it is! Made with our bison chili.

Hot Wings - Wings are smoked over cherry wood and then sauced in a
homemade sauce featuring toasted ground d'arbol and cascabel chiles,
local Texas craft brewer beer and plenty of garlic.

Bison Burgers - 1/2 lb bison patties which we grind in fresh jalapenos
and garlic. Served with mayo, gorgonzola and lettuce. If you want it
dressed differently we have the typical pickles, tomato, cheddar
cheese, etc.

Grilled Fluffernutter - Peanut butter & Marshmallow fluff on sourdough
and then grilled.
