Many Mexicans have moved into the neighborhood and then several
Mexican markets opened up. Some one told me that the Mexican markets
were the place to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables as the prices
were better than at the major supers.

So, yesterday I went shopping at the nearest Mexican market. The
aisles were narrow and people were closely crowded together. The
smells made it very noticeable that some of the Mexican women do not
regularly wash their crotches. Perhaps that is, by custom, just on a
one-time-a-week schedule.
